Service description
Conjurate provides AI agents that respond to inbound leads by SMS and email on behalf of our business customers. The agent introduces itself as an AI every time, gathers the information a customer's team needs to follow up, and hands the conversation to a person once it's qualified or needs human judgment. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Acceptable use
You may not use Conjurate to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to harass or deceive consumers, to attempt to extract or circumvent an agent's system instructions or guardrails, or for any purpose that violates applicable law, including telemarketing and anti-spam law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and fair housing law.
Customer responsibility for lead consent
Our business customers are responsible for having a lawful basis — such as an inquiry initiated by the consumer, or documented consent — before a lead is submitted to Conjurate for SMS or email outreach. Conjurate enforces opt-out and quiet-hours compliance in code once a conversation begins, but the underlying consent to make first contact is the customer's obligation.
No professional advice
Conjurate's AI agents do not provide legal, financial, or licensed professional advice. Nothing an agent says constitutes such advice, and consumers should consult an appropriately licensed professional for guidance on those matters. Any licensing disclosure shown by an agent identifies the human professional it represents, not the AI itself.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conjurate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State — pending entity formation], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Questions about these terms: privacy@conjurate.ai.
