What we collect
When you or a business you're inquiring with uses Conjurate, we collect: lead contact information (name, phone number, and email address you provide when reaching out about a product or service); conversation transcripts (the SMS and email messages exchanged between you and an AI agent acting on behalf of one of our business customers); and account data for our business customers themselves (name, email, login credentials, and business details such as license disclosures and contact numbers).
Why we collect it
We process this information for one purpose: responding to inquiries on behalf of our customers. Conjurate's AI agents answer inbound leads for our business customers, gather the details their team needs to follow up, and hand the conversation to a person the moment it matters. We do not sell consumer data, and we do not use lead contact information to build audiences for advertising.
SMS program disclosure
If you exchange text messages with a Conjurate-powered agent, the following applies: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Opting out is honored immediately and permanently for that business, across all future messages, and is enforced in code, not by prompt instruction alone.
Phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use your phone number only to operate the conversation you're already having and to honor opt-out requests.
Retention
We retain consent and opt-out records for 4 years, consistent with TCPA recordkeeping practice, so that a consumer's opt-out can always be honored and proven. Other conversation and lead data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service to our business customers, or until deletion is requested (see "Your rights" below).

You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion (subject to the retention carve-out above for consent and opt-out records) by emailing privacy@conjurate.ai.
